Scope Creep, sounds painful! Take one minute to think of major building projects: any Olympic village, a skyscraper, house extensions. A common thing you hear is, they are late and cost more than expected. This may be fair comment, but look at it from a different viewpoint. Did the objectives change? Did the specifications change? Did the work change to match something that was not foreseen?  Here we are looking at “scope creep”, where the aims change.
