Great Marketing Change Leadership is about recognising that it’s not just what is changed that matters, equally important is how we go about it and engage everyone it impacts. Everyone in an organisation will be impacted by some sort of change over their life time. As change can be related to the success or failure of a company. So what are some of the key principles to change that a company would expect to go through?
Reason for Change - why has change happened and where we are at in this process
Vision / Objective for change - what does the future change look like
Context for Change - what is currently happening in the organisation
Stakeholder engagement - engaging everyone in the change and influence behaviour
Momentum - sustaining the energy to reach optimal status
Sponsorship - champion needs to state the vision and get buy-in
Embedding - ensuring the change makes the maximum contribution as early as possible
